But what does RECC membership mean and how does it protect you? The Renewable Energy Consumer Code sets out consumer protection standards for any business (that includes us!) who sells renewable energy solutions to domestic customers.
They give you the assurance that the company you choose is not only working to the highest quality standards, but has promised to abide by the ethical, professional and honest standards that keep you protected as the consumer.

What does the Renewable Energy Consumer Code cover?
The RECC sets out all the factors that contribute to a high standard of consumer service, before, during and after a contract is agreed. This includes, in the words of the RECC website:
